This session includes 60-mins of energy balancing/ attunement, sound healing, and an intuitive reading with time for integration to ask questions and have a plactica (heart to heart conversation).

Intune Synergy Session

3-hrs

This synergy session combines a 60-min Integrative massage with a 60-min energy balancing session. The synergy of combining both of these modalities will leave you feeling restored and renewed. Additional time is provided for a intuitive reading using tarot and/or oracle cards and integration to ask questions and have a plactica (heart to heart conversation).

Intuitive Tarot Reading

We are all intuitive, but sometimes we need specific clarity and insight on situations in our lives. This 30min  intuitive reading will use tarot as a tool for guidance from your guides and highest self, bringing to the forefront what you need to know for your highest good and well being.

Private Sound bath for 2

90-mins

Enjoy the healing elements of a private sound bath. This sound bath meditation will include guided meditation, and an hour sound bath with different instruments such as gongs, quartz crystal singing bowls, and chimes. It includes setting an intention and energy healing. Sound has the ability to affect the body on all levels: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, allowing the body to rest and heal.  There will be time afterwards to share in your sound bath experience and ask questions!

Intro to Sound Healing

2.5-hrs

During this class, you will learn the science of sound healing, basic music theory, and techniques of how to play crystal singing bowls as well as other sound healing instruments. This class is for whether you are learning for your own enjoyment and sound meditation or an introduction to begin sound facilitation. This class is not a sound certification. It is a prerequisite to Intune Wellness Intuitive Sound bath Facilitator Training/ Certification.

Usui Reiki Level 1/2/3 training and certification
